Even the Jews are laughing at Irshad Manji - Re-former of Islam

Lesbian Muslim Reformer is a New World Orderly

By Henry Makow Ph.D.
October 16, 2004

Muslim "reformer" and lesbian activist Irshad Manji, 35, symbolizes the globalist push to extinguish true religion and enslave humanity.

Her book "The Trouble With Islam: A Wake Up Call for Honesty and Change" is being translated into a dozen languages.

Last week, for the second time in six months, Manji spoke here in Winnipeg.

The Asper Foundation and the Jewish Women's Federation sponsored her. The Aspers (Canwest Media) own a TV network and the largest chain of newspapers in Canada.

In her speech, Manji called on Muslims to return to their ancient tradition of "ijtihad" which encouraged them to scrutinize their social and religious institutions and make their own decisions about how to live.

As far as I could tell, there was only one Muslim in the audience of about 800.

The title of the lecture ("Why I Support Women, Jews and Pluralism") may have been a factor. Most of the people present were Jews (some out of social obligation) with a smattering of lesbians and globots. (globalists)

It was comical to listen to Manji exhort Muslims to challenge their tradition in front of an audience composed mainly of Jews, a community not noted for welcoming constructive criticism.

Ever heard of a book (or lecture) entitled "The Trouble with Judaism: A Wake Up Call for Honesty and Change?"

The globalist elite peddles Manji, a Toronto writer who immigrated from Uganda as an infant, as a herald of necessary change in Muslim society.

Oprah Winfrey and Maclean's magazine have honoured her. She has spoken at Oxford University, the United Nations press club, the World Presidents Organization, the International Women's Forum, and the Pentagon. The New York Times described her has "Osama bin Laden's worst nightmare." You get the picture.

The wonder is that Manji and her audience actually think they are bucking the establishment. Many are anti globalist!

SELECTIVE DIVERSITY AND TOLERANCE

In the Q & A session, the sole Muslim present at the Winnipeg event said she had flouted her family by having a Black child out-of-wedlock. She also had adopted two aboriginal children so her family was "a regular United Nations."

She was heartily applauded for her rebellion and presented as an example of racial tolerance.

I doubt if any of these Jews would have applauded had this woman been their daughter.

Organized Jewry seems to promote "tolerance" for other people (like Muslims) but does not embrace it itself.

For example, I asked Manji to comment on Israel's policy to forbid Palestinians who are married to Israelis from living in Israel. Manji evaded my question and the moderator didn't remind her of it.

Jews (and homosexuals) have no idea how they are being used to create the New World Order, only to be cast aside or made a scapegoat later.

A cabal of Masonic dynastic families based in the City of London control the New World Order. They decided to use Jews to colonize the Middle East long before the birth of "Zionism." The US invasion of Iraq is the latest phase in this satanic plan for "world government."

Yes Virginia, there is a Conspiracy.

See "The Jewish Conspiracy is British Imperialism" and "Bush Victory Could Foil Occult Plot"

This occult cabal uses some Jews (and homosexuals) to dynamite the four pillars of our personal and collective identity and thereby transform humanity into a faceless slave race.

These four pillars are Race, Religion, Nation and (heterosexual) Family. They are the source of our visceral power.

Irshad Manji is sabotaging all four and is rewarded handsomely.

EMASCULATE MUSLIMS USING FEMINISM

In her talk, Manji alluded vaguely to women's oppression in Muslim societies. She advocated "micro business loans" for women (not men) so they could become "entrepreneurs."

Muslim men then would be "working for their wives," she said.

In other words, deprive men of their social role as protectors and providers. Muslims are the only men resisting the New World Order precisely because they haven't been gelded like "men" in the West.

In the words of "insider" Harold Wallace Rosenthal:

"We have castrated society through fear and intimidation. Its manhood exists only in combination with a feminine outward appearance. Being so neutered, the populace has become docile and easily ruled. As all geldings...their thoughts are not involved with the concerns of the future and their posterity, but only with the present and with the next meal."

In Muslim society women are cherished and loved for their service to their families. Manji would export the West's family breakdown and plummeting birthrate by "liberating" women from this place of honor. How like a lesbian activist.

Globalists hate nothing more than a woman devoted to her husband and family. She is dangerous. They can't control her. She might have a healthy happy family with independent values. This could spread!

Manji said some women in Afghanistan are using these small business loans to start schools for girls (not boys.)

"They believe that if you educate a boy, you educate only him," she said. "But if you educate a girl, you educate the whole family."

Huh? Don't fathers have a role in educating their children?

This unsubtle attempt to exclude fathers is typical of the hateful underhanded attack on the heterosexual family made by self-described "women of conscience" and "champions of human rights" who say they are opposed to "marginalizing any group."

These pious self-serving dupes define "human rights" selectively.

The vast heterosexual majority of European or Muslim origin, males in particular, evidently are not entitled to them. They can be attacked mercilessly and if they resist, they are accused of bigotry.

Many homosexuals and Jews have this in common: they feel they are "outsiders" socially and metaphysically.

While most are content to live and let live, organized Jewry and gay activists like Manji must convince their constituencies they are being persecuted in order to advance their hostile agenda: to recast society in their own image.

These activists are financed and promoted by the financial elite whose goal is to control society by first destabilizing it.

CONCLUSION

The political ramifications of Manji's crusade became clear when she referred to Israel's occupation of the West Bank and Gaza as a "double occupation."

She acknowledged that indeed there was a military occupation. But she spoke of how Palestinians are "occupied ideologically" by their religion, which made them reject Israel's "many generous peace offers."

She related a conversation she had in Gaza City with the political chief for Hamas. He told her most suicide bombers are very successful in life and because of their religion, consider it an honor to sacrifice their lives.

She cited this as an example of Islam's fanaticism. Without condoning Hamas' tactics, clearly there would be less resistance in general if Muslims were stripped of their religion and culture.

What better way to disinherit Muslims than encourage them to become "free thinkers" like all the courageous and independent "free thinkers" we have here in the West.

These days the champions of freedom, diversity, human rights and tolerance wear a deceptive face. One such face belongs to Irshad Manji.

The Case of Ali al-Timimi

: How America is Feathering Her Enemies' Arrows
Date: 27-Oct-2004

Amir Butler

"The shaft of the arrow had been feathered with one of the eagle's own plumes.", wrote Aesop of the eagle shot with the archer's arrow. "We often give our enemies the means of our own destruction." Like so many of Aesop's fables, the fable of the eagle and the arrow speaks of a timeless truism: that occasionally we become the unknowing tools of our own destruction. It was true on September 11 when Bin Laden - a one time US functionary in the Cold War - turned the airplanes of Western industry against the twin towers of American capitalism. It is true in the manner in which the Bush Administration is now fighting the "ideological front" of its War on Terror.

Rather than recognise that often decisions forged in the fires of political expediency can have tragic future consequences, the United States has embarked on a course in its War on Terror that seems almost certain to bring about disastrous consequences. In its conflation of Islamic extremism with Islamic fundamentalism, the United States has ignored one of its most potent and powerful allies in the struggle against terrorism.

Muslim extremism did not begin with September 11, nor did it begin with the Gulf War. The first extremist movement appeared shortly after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and has continued, in various manifestations, until the present day. It is a well studied phenomena and Muslim scholars have long dealt with the two empirical causes of extremist behaviour: a pervasive ignorance of Islamic law and a detachment and distance from the bone fide scholars of the religion. The cause of extremism is not, as has been too often argued, simply poverty or political disenfranchisement - although such conditions make fertile ground for the uptake of extremist ideas. Rather, the empirical cause of extremism and the political violence that flows from it, is an ideological and intellectual phenomena.

The question must then be asked: if the root-cause of terrorism is ideological and the Bush Administration has taken upon itself the objective of fighting terrorism, then how does it address the ideological cause? The answer, if the actions of the Administration are any indication, is to attack Islamic fundamentalism and prosecute a war against those who espouse an austere, puritanical version of Islam; a version of Islam that, to the casual observer, resembles extremism in many of its outward appearances and attitudes.

For this reason, the Bush Administration has targeted Islamic charities that espouse what it terms an "extremist" version of Islam although these groups would, more accurately, be considered fundamentalist. Likewise, it is for this reason, that the Bush Administration has pursued an aggressive war against clerics and intellectuals who promote Islamic fundamentalism. In many respects, the reaction of the Bush Administration to Islamic fundamentalism resembles the case of the child with a hammer: every problem is a nail. However, the tragedy is that by conflating Islamic fundamentalism with Muslim extremism, the Bush Administration has hindered and obstructed the only people in the Muslim world who are able to successfully engage the extremists in the ideological war: the scholars. Since September 11, the Bush Administration has, domestically and internationally, taken action, ostensibly to fight terrorism, against individuals and organisations whose natural position is as allies with the United States in their War against Terror. Indeed, many of these organisations and individuals were themselves engaged in an intellectual war against extremism for decades before September 11 and yet by virtue of the United States' ill-conceived and superficial definition of extremism, they have found themselves targeted. There is no doubt, of course, that Islamic fundamentalists will differ with the United States on periphery issues and their appearance and attitudes may resemble what, to the average American, seems "extreme". However, as even a cursory viewing of the books and legal rulings of fundamentalist scholars demonstrates, they have been vociferous and aggressive critics of the kind of political violence that visited the United States on September 11 (but had plagued Muslim societies such as Egypt for years earlier).

In formulating its War on Terror, the United States has relied on bad advice about the nature and scope of its enemy. The objective of many of those who have proffered advice to the United States seems not to address the threat to the American people, so much as a desire to solve Israel's problems in the Middle East. This can only be achieved, they opine, by confronting not just the notion of Muslim extremism which causes Muslims to lash out at non-combatant states such as the United States but rather the Islamic fundamentalism that demands of Muslims that they resist occupation. It is possible that the United States might be able to kill its way to an abatement in extremist-orchestrated violence, but it will never be able to win a war declared against Islamic fundamentalism no more than the Islamic extremists can readily win their war against the nostrums of the secular West. It is this bad advice and flawed understanding of the nature of their enemy, that has led the United States to wage a quixotic campaign against even long-standing and respected institutions and leaders of the American Muslim community: such as the various Saudi-based charities, educational institutions and scholars whose traditional role has been to guide their Muslim communities towards a correct understanding of Islam. Some of these individuals and groups have made repeated and explicit denunciations of terrorism and extremism for years preceding September 11, yet by virtue of their fundamentalism they have been targeted by a US Department of Justice that seems almost desperate to conjure up 'wins' and 'progress' in its War against Terror.

Perhaps no case better demonstrates the misguidance of the Bush Administration's myopic view of Islamic fundamentalism than the recent indictment of American cleric, Sheikh Ali al-Timimi.

Although unknown to many Americans, Sheikh Ali al-Timimi has, for over ten years, been one of the most influential and important figures in Islam in the West. His lectures and writings are a feature of countless Islamic web sites, and he has toured throughout the world exhorting Muslim communities to goodness and uprightnes. At no stage, was any suggestion ever made that Sheikh al-Timimi was promoting terrorism much less involved with terrorists, and indeed his message has always been characterised by an aggressive criticism of both extremes of Muslim thought: the extreme laxity of some and the extreme harshness of others.

One year before September 11, Sheikh al-Timimi had made the remark to me that the greatest fitnah (tribulation) that the Muslim world faced moving forward came from the Jihadi groups whose fundamental ignorance of Islamic jurisprudence coupled with blinding emotionalism posed a threat to both Muslims and non-Muslims if not properly checked. It was a sentiment that manifested itself in many of his lectures where he frequently opposed any suggestion of violence against civilians, the overthrow of governments or terrorism and extremism in any of its many manifestations. It was also an assessment whose veracity was proven with the attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

Despite his well-known opposition to such things, Sheikh al-Timimi has now been indicted on terrorism-related charges. The basis is that because some people, identified by US authorities as his students, were found to have breached the Neutrality Act by lending support to the Kashmiri struggle for independence, Sheikh al-Timimi is somehow complicit. Only now, over one year since these youths were arrested, has al-Timimi been himself charged which raises serious questions as to both the evidence against him and the sincerity of the government's view that al-Timimi genuinely has links to terrorism.

In fact, if everything that al-Timimi has said or done throughout his career as a leading Muslim scholar is to be believed, then he neither poses any threat nor is he a supporter of terrorism. On the contrary, the evidence clearly shows that al-Timimi is perhaps one of the greatest friends that the United States could find in its effort to eradicate the sort of religious extremism that begets terrorism.

In the aftermath of September 11, Sheikh al-Timimi recognised the grave threat posed to both Muslim and non-Muslim worlds by the event and the reaction on both sides of the civilizational divide. He realised that there was a need in the Muslim world for a more nuanced and informed understanding of what is taking place in the United States and how Americans truly see Islam and the Muslim world. To this end, he and I worked on a series of extensive and detailed reports that examined in detail the relationship between East and West and the need for peaceful coexistence to be found between both civilizations. The report was distributed throughout the religious leadership of Saudi Arabia and was used as the basis for forming the current and dominant view that we must all work towards a more balanced view of each other; that peace between our two civilizations is preferable to war. Of course, there is no doubt that Ali al-Timimi is a fundamentalistMuslim who, like America's fundamentalist Christians, objected to many aspects of our increasingly secular society. He didn't see violence as the means by which change could be effected on his community, but rather he saw the need to work cooperatively with all sections of society - particularly America's Christian community - to build a better and more just society. For this reason, in December, 2003, Sheikh Ali authored a letter, sent in the name of a committee of Muslim scholars and intellectuals, to every major Christian institution in the United States. The letter expressed solidarity with the Christian community in their efforts to reform many aspects of their society, particularly the social problems faced in the United States and elsewhere. Clearly, this is hardly the approach of a terrorist or an extremist; but rather this is the approach of a man who cares deeply about his society and wishes to enact change within the context of American democracy. Sheikh al-Timimi has been, for many zealous youth, a significant force in guiding them away from violence and extremism.

I, like most of those who know him, can personally cite countless examples where he has openly confronted individuals advocating extremism or political violence. That he should now be indicted based on the actions of people who may have been, like many hundreds of other people around the world, people who turned to Sheikh al-Timimi for advice is outrageous and demonstrates not only the failure of US authorities to look at anything that Sheikh al-Timimi has written or spoken about over the last ten years, but more alarmingly it demonstrates a willingness to pursue the very people who have been fighting the intellectual war against extremism and terrorism since long before September 11. The equation is simple: without moderating yet credible voices such as al-Timimi, more Muslims will remain ignorant and out of this ignorance will be born more extremists and, ultimately, more people whose ignorance leads them to violence against the United States and her people. The attempt to imprison Sheikh al-Timimi is a modern day enactment of Aesop's fable of the Eagle and the Arrow: by pursuing scholars such as al-Timimi, America's most natural allies in its war against terrorism, the United States is feathering the plumes of its enemies' arrows; and like the eagle noted in the fable, is paradoxically giving her enemies - the extremists - the means of her own destruction.

“The believers are nothing else but brothers.” (49:10)
http://albaseera.co.uk/Ali%20al-timimi%20on%20his%20arrest.mp3

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, "You see the believers as regards their being merciful among themselves and showing love among themselves and being kind, resembling one body, so that, if any part of the body is not well then the whole body shares the sleeplessness (insomnia) and fever with it," [Bukhari]

Anyone reflecting upon this hadith of Prophet (S) would realize that if in fact the similitude of Muslim Ummah is like a single body, it would be inconceivable to imagine that if one of the Muslims is hurt or is transgressed upon at one end of the world, its impingement or sorrow will not be felt at the other end of the world. Regardless of the geographical location of the Muslims, every Muslim is still an element of this Ummah and the pain suffered by one Muslims is a pain suffered by whole Ummah. Muslims in the United States are certainly no exception to this. Surely the suffering of our dear brother Sheikh Ali Al-Timimi grieves us deeply indeed.

We must remember that whatever happens in this world is decreed by Allah (A) and it is our job to submit to this Divine decree. Say: "Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us. He is our Maula (Lord, Helper and Protector)." And in Allah let the believers put their trust. (9:51) And this decree was written 50,000 years before Allah created the heavens and the earths. The prophet (SAW) said, "Allah had written the ordained measures (and due proportions) of the creation, fifty thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth and His ‘Arsh was on the water" [Muslim] That unjust verdict given on the 26th of April is no exception to this rule. If such is the final decree of Allah then the true follower of this Deen sees no other alternative besides being patient and supplicating to their Lord. He is our Lord and we seek His guidance alone.

One must also not forget that everything that happens in this world has wisdom behind it. A human being may or may not understand that wisdom. A person may like something which is bad for him and he may dislike something which is good for him. “It may happen that you hate a thing which is good for you, and it may happen that you love a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows, you know not.” (2:216) Know that at the end every matter is in favor of the believer. "Strange is the affair of the Mu'min (the believer), verily all his affairs are good for him. If something pleasing befalls him he thanks (Allah) and it becomes better for him. And if something harmful befalls him he is patient (Saabir) and it becomes better for him. And this is only for the Mu'mmin." [Muslim]

A Muslim must also remember that it is an ongoing Sunnah of Allah that he tests the believers and there is there is no change in His Sunnah. The Prophets and Messengers passed through the most severe of the tests. “Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the Help of Allâh?" Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allâh is near!.” (2:214) Allah also says, “Do you think that you will enter paradise without going through the trial? Allah has not yet tested you to see who among you strive hard for His cause and who show patience in adversity” (3:142). Sheikh Ali Al-Timimi has been tested by Allah and his steadfastness testifies to the strength of his faith and his commitment to the Deen of Allah.

In such tribulations we must remember that a believer must not have any ill thoughts about his Creator either. Without doubt, He is the merciful Lord. “Verily, Allah created, on the same very day when He created the heavens and the earth, one hundred parts of mercy. Every part of mercy is coextensive with the space between the heavens. and the earth and He out of this mercy endowed one part to the earth and it is because of this that the mother shows affection to her child and even the beasts and birds show kindness to one another and when there would be the Day of Resurrection, Allah would make full (use of Mercy). [Muslim]

Those rejoicing today’s unjust verdict are ruining their hereafter by exchanging this world for the next – whether they claim to be believers or not - by transgressing upon the innocent believers for the sole reason that they proclaim “Our Lord is Allah.” These “rejoicers” should also know that a day will come when this moment of rejoicing will turn into distress. This apparent victory is not everlasting. Did you not pay heed to the statement of Allah, And so are the days (good and not so good). We give to men by turns, that Allah may test those who believe (3:140). So the disbelievers will have their day but so will the believers who rely upon none other than Allah and seek his reward.

Those rejoicing in today’s unjust verdict must also not forget that a true believer is less concerned about imprisonment since he already considers himself imprisoned in this world. No matter how enormous this world may seem, a true believer still considers himself incarcerated and follows the commands of his Lord alone. Only those who are short sighted and do not understand the reality of this temporary life see this world as a place where they are not sanctioned by any commands from their Creator. Surely our beloved Prophet prepared us for such instances when he said, “The world is a prison-house for a believer and Paradise for a non-believer” [Muslim].

So in one sense we may agree with our opponents to an extent! Today’s unjust verdict, without doubt, causes our brother to face a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. Now we must also ask ourselves a question. Which life are we really referring to? If the reference is to the temporary life in this world then we must agree with those rejoicing the verdict that Sheikh Ali Al-Timimi does face life Imprisonment. However, if the reference is to the permanent life of the hereafter, then we must disagree on the basis of the constitution legislated for the whole of humanity – for both the “rejoicers” and the mourners of todays verdict - from the seven heavens. So listen and comprehend if you in fact seek guidance, that imprisonment of fire will be the final and permanent abode for those who reject the Prophets and Messengers and follows a path other than that of the true believers. The rejectors of this divine message will not receive any parole to leave this imprisonment of hell-fire. Allah (A) says: “ Verily! Whoever comes to his Lord as a Mujrim (criminal, polytheist, disbeliever in the Oneness of Allah and His Messengers, sinner, etc.), then surely, for him is Hell, therein he will neither die nor live.” (20:74) The rophet (S) said, “Death will come on the Day of Resurrection like a black and white ram, and it will stand between Paradise and Hell. It will be said, ‘O people of Paradise, do you recognize this?’ They will crane their necks and look, and will say, ‘Yes, it is death.’

It will be said, ‘O people of Hell, do you recognize this?’ They will crane their necks and look, and will say, ‘Yes, it is death.’ Then the command will be issued and it will be slaughtered. Then it will be said, ‘O People of Paradise, it is eternal and there is no death. O people of Hell, it is eternal and there is no death.’” Then the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) recited the verse (interpretation of the meaning): “And warn them (O Muhammad) of the Day of grief and regrets, when the case has been decided, while (now) they are in a state of carelessness, and they believe not” ( 19:39)

This is our understanding of life without parole and we fear that those rejoicing our current fate today will be sentenced to this life imprisonment in the hereafter, InshaAllah. So what holds you back from repenting and enjoying the everlasting happiness of the hereafter? Is it you love for this world? Then know that it will surely come to an end. Or is it your hatred for the believers? Then know that your Creator has promised their dominance even if you disdain it.

The world knew that Sheikh Ali Al-Timimi will face this trial bravely as he did and all praise is due unto Allah. His voice still booms in the ears of his students until this very day. By the grace of Allah, his patience, strength, and steadfastness was witnessed by the court that convicted him. Incarcerating him will only result in the strengthening of this Deen since there is no shield between the supplication of the oppressed and the Lord of the Universe. So the choice is yours indeed. Plead guilty in front of your Lord in exchange for the everlasting life in the hereafter. __________________
"Do you fear them? Allah has more right that you should fear Him if you are believers. Fight against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people. And remove the anger of their (believers') hearts. Allah accepts the repentance of whom He wills. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise." [Quran9:13-1])

On February 1, 2003, ALI AL-TIMIMI provided the following message to his
followers:
This morning, the world heard news about the crash of the space
shuttle. There is no doubt that Muslims were overjoyed because of
the adversity that befell their greatest enemy. Upon hearing the
news, my heart felt certain good omens that I liked to spread to my
brothers.

First: The Name of the Shuttle: “Columbia” is the name of the
shuttle, called after the name of “Columbus,” the sailor who
discovered the American Continent in 1492 after the fall of
Grenada, the last Islamic stronghold in Andalusia. Historians
know that, after discovering the two American Continents, the
Romans (the Christians of Europe) exploited their wealth in order
to be able to control the Islamic World. The Columbia crash made
me feel, and God is the only One to know, that this is a strong
signal that Western supremacy (especially that of America) that
began 500 years ago is coming to a quick end, God Willing, as
occurred to the shuttle.

Second: The Shuttle Crew: The Israeli Ambassador to the UN
described the Israeli astronaut as someone carrying all the hopes
and ambitions of the Israeli people. And so, God Willing, all these
hopes and ambitions were burnt with the crash and the burning of
the shuttle and one of its astronauts, the Israeli.

Third: The Crash Location: As soon as CNN announced the
crash of the space shuttle nearby the city of Palestine, in Texas, I
said to myself “God is Great”. This way, God Willing, America
will fall and disappear (nearby Palestine). The State of Texas is
also the state of the foolish, obeyed President Bush the son. And
so we hope, God Willing, similar to the crash of the shuttle on his
state, his nation would fall upon his head due to his foolish policy.

Fourth: The President’s Condolences to the American People:
In the words that President Bush used to console his people, he
referred to the Book of Isiah where there is a praise to God’s
creation, His stars and planets. I said to myself, Praise the Lord, in
this same Book of Isiah there are news about the coming of
Prophet Muhammad and a warning of the destruction of the Jews
at the end of time. [A citation from the Koran follows].
And so, there are other signs that would take a long time to
recount. For example, every time the Americans believe that they
control the whole earth and the skies, and act as they wish, there
comes a sign that reminds us that God, Almighty, is greater than
his creatures, sitting on His Chair, handling everything, and that
His angels act according to His commands. And so, he whoever
will try to raise the Jews, who are a nation that God covered with
humiliation and deserved God’s wrath, will be afflicted with divine
humiliation and wrath as much as he supports them.

Today, after about a week of deliberations, a federal jury in Alexandria
Virgina returned a guilty verdict in the case Dr. Al-Timimi. The jury
found Al-Timimi guilty on all counts.

The sentencing date for Al-Timimi is July 13. He faces up to life in
prison. In the meantime, his movement is restricted to his house and he
is only allowed to go out to see his lawyers.

As painful as this verdict might be, we are assured that God's Mercy and
Help is near to us. We ask Him All Mighty to engulf our brother's family
with His Grace and Care, and to guide them through this hardship that
befell the Muslim community.

We would like to remind all of our brothers and sisters that God tests
His slaves with whatever He Wills. Many great Muslim scholars before
have faced the same trials and tests for nothing more than their
beliefs. As Allah said in the Quran "And they witnessed what they were
doing against the believers. They had nothing against them, except that
they believed in God, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise!" [85:7-8]

We accept Allah's Will and we praise Him alone. We thank Him for guiding
us to this religion and we ask Him to keep us steadfast on the right path.

Please don't forget brother Ali and the many Muslim like him in your
prayers.

To the « barbarism » of the Muslims,

... The « civilized » Empire does not oppose the best examples of what must really be a civilized entity : morals, one standard of law, equity, the capital of high human values valid for all, one standard of human rights, justice, respect of religion , culture and difference of the other , respect of UN .

Instead, the Empire opposes an animal like ferocity, a sophisticated killing machine against unarmed populations, lies, cheating, deception, manipulation of opinion, expansion and violation of sovereignty of the Muslim nation, armed invasion, torture, robbery of underground wealth, non respect of human rights and life, non respect of religion and culture , non respect of international legality and institutions.

Manipulating « yesterday » Muslims fighters to fight Communism and USSR in Afghanistan (in the 80ties) is « civilization ». The same fighters fighting today the unjust Empire is « barbarism ».Encouraging and supporting dictatorship in Iraq (in the 80ties) to fight Iran (considered as an Islamic threat on the Empire’s interests and on Israel) is « civilization ».

Considering today the same dictatorship as a threat on Peace in the world is again « civilization ».Supporting and encouraging the dictator Pinochet in Chile and assassination of the democratically elected President Allende is again « civilization ».

Harassments and plots against the democratically elected President Chavez of Venezuela is also « civilization ».

When Israel violates Law, practices assassination, uses tanks, fighter jets and helicopters to kill tens of children, women and old people in the occupied territories, the « civilized » Empire and the media describe it as a « civilized » country defending the security of its citizens.

When a Palestinian in despair gives the first valuable thing he has: his life as a human bomb to break the silence of the world about a more than 50 years old brutal occupation, deportation, killing, and destruction, it is « barbarism ».

When the Empire says that Intifadha is the problem and must cease, and refuses to see the occupation and non-withdrawal of Jews from the 22% of Palestine as the main problem and the source of the conflict, it is still the « civilized » Empire talking. While courageous resistance to occupation is « barbarism ».

When the « civilized » Empire abandons the deception of WMD and invents « terrorism » in Iraq to give a « moral » sense to his aggression, it is still a « civilized » behaviour of the Empire.

When the Iraqis resist to the cheating and occupying Empire and ask for withdrawal of the US forces, it is « barbarism ».

When the war of the Empire in Iraq kills more than 20000 Iraqis, it is « civilization ».

When the Iraqis kill about 1000 Americans, it is « barbarism ».Civilian Muslims killed by Isreal and the Empire are “collateral damage” and “civilization”.

When the American or Israeli is killed by the Muslims , it is “barbarism”.

When the Empire (as well as Israel) detains Muslims in inhuman prisons (and sometimes in secret prisons), treat them less than animals, torture them and do not respect the Geneva Conventions, it is still a « civilized » Empire.

When a single missile of the Empire kills tens of innocents, it is the « civilized » Empire fighting the « barbarism of Alzarkawi ».

When the Muslim resistance detains an American, treats him humanly, give him a chance to be free, and then beheads him if the Empire refuses to respect and save his life, it is « barbarism» .

It is again « civilization » when the Empire resorts to low and brutal revenge, and to double standard in considering human life: for each American killed in Iraq ( the same logic in Israel) , he kills tens of innocent civilians.

A handcrafted Palestinian tiny missile represents « barbarism », while the destructive and sophisticated US missiles, tanks, fighter jets, helicopters represent « civilization ».

Encouraging and supporting immigration of European Jews to Palestine is « civilization », but demanding the just return of Palestinan refugees to their homeland is « barbarism ».Interfering in Lebanon and Syria internal affairs and urging the latter to withdraw its armed forces from Lebanon is « civilization », while the same demand about Palestine, the Golan and Sheba farms occupied by Israel, and the withdrawal of the Palestinian refugees from Lebanon to Palestine is « barbarism ».

In invading Iraq, the Iraqis expected the « civilized » Empire to protect the Museum (as a big part of the memory of humanity), universities, schools and all institutions. But the « civilized » Empire had only one goal: the protection of oil and the Ministry of Oil.

When the Empire opposes all attempts to give through the UN a clear and well-delimited definition of the word « terrorism », it is still a « civilized » behaviour.

When you say that you have the right to defend your dignity, your difference, your freedom and sovereignty, it is « terrorism » and « barbarism ».

When Zionism-Evangelism supports and finances his charity institutions, it is « civilization ».

When the Muslims do the same, they are financing « terrorism » and « barbarism ». When for the Zionism-Evangelism, freedom of religion means freedom of the evangelisation missions in the Muslim world, it is « civilization » .

In the Muslim world, if you do not cease teaching Koran in schools, you are supporting « terrorism » and « barbarism ».

When the Empire uses his veto to support killing and outlaw behaviour of Israel, it is « civilization ». Denouncing and fighting this injustice is « barbarism ».

When the Empire and Israel detain and develop WMD it is “civilization”. When the Muslims desire to master nuclear technology, it is “barbarism”.

When the Empire and Israel use religion in Politics , it is “civilization”.
When Muslims do the same , it is “barbarism”.

When apartheid does not cease in Israel, like it did in South Africa, it is still « civilization ».

When the Empire says that it is more urgent to interfere in the conflict in Sudan, it is « civilization ».

When you say that it is more urgent to protect and save the Palestinian people, it is « barbarism ».The rush of the Empire to occupy rich Muslim regions (Afghanistan and Middle-East) in order to occupy and control the crude oil sources and ways, and « contain » China, Europe, Japan, India, and Russia economically is « civilization ».

The « barbarian » Muslim resistance described as « terror » has a rational and precise demand: cease your occupation of the Muslim territories, cease the negation of the other, respect our sovereignty, our difference as a different religion and culture, and our way of life, respect our will that our crude oil and gas must profit to us first, respect the international institutions for Peace, use your veto to promote peace, human rights, respect of nations differences and diversity, justice, Law, and equality before Law..Under the name of « The Project for The New American Century », the Zionism-Evangelism is today a dangerous phenomenon.

A source of injustice and wars.

A dangerous ideology based on religious archaism and racialism. A global dictatorship, and a refusal of multilateralism, and supremacy of UN. A danger on Civilization. He depraved the sense of the word Civilization. He is a negation of Civilization and diversity of cultures .A negation of pacific coexistence and calm dialog between people. A negation of Peace and the pacific coexistence of civilizations and cultures. An evil process of invention of enemies ( after Communism, Islam). It is a globalisation phenomenon of conflict between religions, civilizations and cultures. It is a phenomenon of destruction of the standards that governed and balanced so far the world. A destructive process of the architecture of institutions of peace keeping in the world. Depravation of the values that raised Humanity and differentiate us from the fauna. A resurgence of racial supremacism and apartheid. A big danger on human rights, freedom, Law and morals (patriot act, preventive war, use of mini-nuclear bombs in conflicts, plots and simulation of external attacks (911 attack) to justify new policies and wars, a voluntary fuzzy sense of the word « terror », inhuman detention and torture of prisoners, assassination missions in foreign countries etc.).Notice that the Jews of America worked to succeed and reach a tremendous objective: today Israel and the Jews are a central concern in the Evangelist’s « mission » for the world. The Evangelists are today more Zionist than the Jews Zionists themselves. It is said that when Jesus reappears, the Jews will convert to Christianity. Did the Evangelists ask the Jews if they are ready or not for the conversion? How about the Temple of the Jews? Does Jesus have a Temple?

What is today the percentage of the American citizens coloured to the colour of Zionism-Evangelism?

Local Mercerneries deserting US command as Iraqi freedom fighters prove determined

source: http://www.realcities.com/mld/krwashington/9409919.htm

BAGHDAD, Iraq - U.S. and local mercerneries launched a renewed assault Sunday on Shiite Muslims in the southern holy city of Najaf in a risky campaign that was marred from the onset by an outcry from even US installed politicians and the desertion of dozens of mercerneries who refused to fight their countrymen. The latest siege began Sunday afternoon, a day after Iraqi dictator, Iyad Allawi's administration announced that fighting would resume after negotiations between government officials and aides to Muqtada al-Sadr failed.

The failed cease-fire talks, desertions and renewed fighting further undermined Allawi's brutal rule.More than 100 delegates walked out of a national conference that was hailed as Iraq's first experiment with democracy after decades of dictatorship. Enraged over the fresh violence in Najaf, the delegates left the meeting hall declaring that, "as long as there are airstrikes and shelling, we can't have a conference." The day's events illustrated the dilemma that plagues Allawi and his American supporters.

It will be difficult, if not impossible, for Allawi to establish his leadership, hold Iraq together and prod the country toward democracy without crushing his militant opponents, not only in the Shiite south but also in the old Saddam Hussein strongholds north and west of the capital. But to do that, Allawi must rely on unpopular U.S. troops, whose offensives only lend support to the charge that Allawi is an American puppet. Sunday's showdown in Najaf was troubled even before the fighting resumed. Several officials from the Iraqi defense ministry told Knight Ridder that more than 100 Iraqi national guardsmen and a battalion of Iraqi soldiers chose to quit rather than attack fellow Iraqis in a city that includes some of the holiest sites in Shiite Islam. Neither U.S. military officials nor Iraqi government officials would confirm the resignations. "We received a report that a whole battalion (in Najaf) threw down their rifles," said one high-ranking defense ministry official, who didn't want his name published because he's not an official spokesman. "We expected this, and we expect it again and again."

"In Najaf, there are no Iraqi Army or police involved in the fighting. There were in the beginning, but later the American forces led the fighting," said Raad Kadhemi, a spokesman for al-Sadr. "Only the mercenaries and the bastards are supporting the Americans and helping them ... We salute our brothers who abandoned participating in the fight against the Mahdi Army."

Arabic-language satellite channels broadcast live all day from inside the Imam Ali shrine in Najaf, where dozens of members of al-Sadr's Mahdi Army militia chanted vows to defend the holy site. Plumes of smoke rose from just outside the shrine, and reporters heard the crackle of machine-gun fire and the deeper booms of tank and mortar rounds. Many journalists had fled the area after Iraqi police evicted them and threatened them with arrest if they stayed. Sober-faced Iraqi colonels gathered inside the defense ministry command center, their cell phones ringing with continuous updates from the battlefield.

American military advisers wandered in and out of the room, located at the end of a marble hallway in the massive, heavily guarded palace that serves as headquarters for U.S.-led forces and American civilian administrators. "Aziz is trapped in the ancient fortress with two wounded men and two of his vehicles surrounded!" shouted one Iraqi officer. The officers, most of them decorated veterans from the former regime, shook their heads at the thought of Iraqis battling Iraqis on sacred soil. Several said they would resign immediately if senior officers ordered them to serve in Najaf. They asked to withhold their names for fear of reprimand. "I'm ready to fight for my country's independence and for my country's stability," one lieutenant colonel said. "But I won't fight my own people." "No way," added another officer, who said his brother - a colonel - quit the same day he received orders to serve in the field. "These are my people. Why should I fight someone just because he has a difference in opinion about the future of the country?"

However, an Iraqi military analyst inside the ministry defended the assault, saying that crushing al-Sadr's militia would finally bring stability to the volatile southern Shiite region and smooth the way to national elections. The analyst, who spoke on background because he wasn't authorized to give interviews, said force was the last resort because "dialogue and rational policy" had failed with al-Sadr's men. The analyst said Iraqi forces are taking precautions against damaging the Imam Ali shrine, a place of pilgrimage for millions of Shiites, but added that battles in the area were inevitable because militiamen holed up there were attacking from the shrine. "Iraqi forces will shoot them even if they are inside," the official said. "The militia itself has violated this place, storing weapons there and using it as a fort."

Halfway through the interview, two mortars landed outside his office with deafening thuds that rattled windows throughout the building. "That? That's just music," the analyst said with a grim smile. Another mortar strike Sunday killed two Iraqis and wounded 17 at a bus station near the Baghdad convention center, where the national conference was under way. Pools of blood dried in the blazing sun and pieces of flesh were still stuck to the seats of a bus at the scene. In total, nine Iraqis died and 56 were injured in Sunday's violence in Baghdad, according to the Iraqi health ministry. At an Iraqi national guard base near the border of Sadr City, the vast Baghdad slum that serves as al-Sadr's support base and recruiting ground, 1st Sgt. Khalid Ali described the death threats he and other Iraqi troops have received from the Mahdi Army. He drew distinctions between fighting fellow Iraqis and fighting militiamen, whom he holds responsible for the deaths of two of his relatives. "There are concerns about what's happening in Najaf because most of the people working here are Shiite and they are concerned about what happens to their sacred sites," Ali said. "We do not fight our brothers, we fight against those people who are sabotaging our country. The Mahdi Army is not Shiite, they are saboteurs." But when Ali was asked about the number of guardsmen who have quit since al-Sadr's latest uprising, U.S. Army 1st Lt. Vernon Sparkmon cut him off. "Certain things, you can't discuss," Sparkmon told Ali. "If somebody asks that question, that's, like, classified stuff."

Fallujah = New American Revolution

Proliferation News: 21 September 2004Carnegie Endowment for International PeaceFor past stories and further proliferation resources, visit:www.ProliferationNews.orgWe Are Losing the War In Iraq(Joseph Cirincione, Carnegie Analysis)http://www.carnegieendowment.org/npp/publications/index.cfm?fa=view&id=15845Tuesday, September 21Every major military indicator shows the war in Iraq is going badly. The United States is losing ground, losing hearts and minds, and losing the war. Three U.S. soldiers have been killed in Iraq on average every day in September, up from August, which was up from July. Major cities are now considered too unsafe for U.S. forces to enter, including Fallujah, Samarra, Ramadi and other cities in Iraq’s Sunni regions. The Shia populated urban areas are not—for the moment—in open revolt, but it is difficult to find large cities outside the Kurdish regions where U.S. forces have effective control, including large sections of Baghdad. Time magazine reported this week that insurgents loyal to Abu Mousab al-Zarqawi, the most wanted terrorist in Iraq, are patrolling one of Baghdad’s major thoroughfares—within mortar range of the U.S. embassy. Washington officials insist Iraqi elections will take place as planned in January 2005, but officials in Baghdad are more pessimistic. "We are in deep trouble in Iraq," warned Senator Chuck Hagel last Sunday. Staying Focused on Real Nuclear Threats(Jon Wolfsthal, Munhwa Ilbo)http://www.munhwa.com/opinion/200409/21/20040921010130321110010.htmlTuesday, September 21Revelations that South Korean scientists produced small amounts of enriched uranium in 2000 and plutonium in the early 1980s has distracted the United States and the rest of the world from the real nuclear dangers in East Asia and elsewhere. North Korea’s nuclear weapons program continues to advance, and may now have produced enough plutonium to make 8-9 nuclear weapons. In contrast, from what is known about South Korea’s now disclosed activities, Seoul produced less than 40 times less than would be needed for even a single nuclear weapon.Annan Faults Both Sides of Terror War for Eroding Rule of Law(Colum Lynch, Washington Post)http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A36907-2004Sep20.htmlTuesday, September 21U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan will tell the 191-member U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday that the rule of law in the post-Sept. 11 world has been eroded both by the United States and by other nations as they battle terrorism, and by Islamic extremists and their horrific acts of violence, according to senior U.N. officials. The U.N. chief's remarks will be delivered less than an hour before President Bush addresses the international body, and will come just days after Annan said publicly he considers the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq illegal. But Annan's top aides insisted that he is not seeking to rehash the dispute over the war's legitimacy. "Stirring things up is not his stock in trade," said a senior U.N. official who briefed reporters on Annan's speech. "He is much more concerned about the future of Iraq." Who'd Make U.S. Safer?(Jack Torry, Columbus Dispatch)http://www.columbusdispatch.com/election/election-president.php?story=dispatch/2004/09/19/20040919-C1-01.htmlSunday, September 19They have much in common: sons of the well-connected, students at privileged private schools, graduates of elite Yale University, members of ultra-secret Skull and Bones. Yet President Bush and Sen. John F. Kerry, D-Mass., two ambitious baby boomers with a shared heritage, see the world in wholly different ways. They are engaging in a spirited and divisive foreign-policy debate, perhaps unmatched in ferocity since the bitter disputes a century ago between advocates of American expansion and their anti-imperialist opponents. Bush Unfazed as Absence of WMDs Confirmed(Paul Koring, Globe and Mail)http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20040918.wbush18/BNStory/International/Saturday, September 18U.S. President George W. Bush remains committed to his controversial pre-emptive first-strike doctrine despite the complete — and now confirmed — failure by U.S. experts to unearth any Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.Only hours after a draft final report detailing the failure to find Iraq's alleged arsenals of germ, chemical and nuclear-warfare programs began circulating in Washington yesterday, the President said he would have waged war to oust Saddam Hussein even if he had known Iraq had no banned weapons.Nominee Says Iraq Threat Was Perhaps Overstated(Douglas Jehl, New York Times)http://www.nytimes.com/2004/09/21/politics/21goss.htmlTuesday, September 21Representative Porter J. Goss, the nominee to become director of central intelligence, said on Monday that some prewar statements by senior Bush administration officials might well have overstated available intelligence about the threat posed by Iraq. Under sharp questioning from a Senate Democrat, Mr. Goss, a Republican from Florida, said he agreed that statements by Vice President Dick Cheney and Condoleezza Rice that linked Iraq to the Sept. 11 attacks; to Al Qaeda; and to an active nuclear weapons program appeared to have gone beyond what was spelled out in intelligence reports at the time.Mr. Goss's concession could fuel Democratic criticisms that Mr. Bush and his advisers overstated the threat posed by Iraq before the war. Democrats failed this year to persuade Republicans to include conclusions related to the administration's use of intelligence in the Senate Intelligence Committee report on Iraq that was completed in July.Seoul Committed to Nuclear-Free Policy(Park Song-wu, Korea Times) http://times.hankooki.com/lpage/200409/kt2004091915474010160.htmSunday, September 19South Korea reassured the world of its commitment to staying nuclear-free as a five-member inspection team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) arrived in Seoul Sunday to look into the country's controversial nuclear experiments. The Vienna-based U.N. nuclear watchdog rounded up its five-day board of governors' meeting on Friday with a decision to review Seoul's atomic tests in its next regular session, which begins Nov. 25. In a rare news conference jointly held Saturday by three ministers, including Unification Minister Chung Dong-young, Seoul announced a four-point statement reassuring the international community of its commitment to a nuclear-free policy on the Korean peninsula. In Stricter Study, U.S. Scales Back Claim on Cuba Arms (Steven R. Weisman, New York Times)http://www.nytimes.com/2004/09/18/international/americas/18intel.htmlSaturday, September 18The Bush administration, using stringent standards adopted after the failure to find banned weapons in Iraq, has conducted a new assessment of Cuba's biological weapons capacity and concluded that it is no longer clear that Cuba has an active, offensive bio-weapons program, according to administration officials. The latest assessment contradicts a 1999 National Intelligence Estimate and past statements by top administration officials, some of whom have warned that Cuba may be sharing its weapons capacity with "rogue states" or with terrorists._____________________________Carnegie News:Former Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, Phil Coyle of the Center for Defense Information, (Ret.)
